Magnetization Services

Magnetizer work involves high pressure, strong magnetic field and other dangerous factors, must strictly comply with the safety operating procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. The following are detailed safety operating practices:

Pre-operation preparation:

1. Operators must be professionally trained and familiar with equipment performance and safety requirements.
2. Check that the equipment is well grounded and that the supply voltage is normal.
3. Confirm that the work area is free of flammable and explosive materials and that there are no metal objects within 1 meter of the work area.
4. Wear protective equipment such as insulated gloves, insulated shoes, etc., and long hair should be coiled up.

Operational Steps:

1. Pre-startup inspection: Confirm that all parts of the equipment are normal and the parameters are set correctly.
2. Material Preparation: The material to be magnetized is correctly placed in the magnetizing fixture to ensure accurate position.
3. Parameter setting: Set parameters such as magnetizing voltage and magnetizing time according to the material characteristics.
4. Magnetization operation: Press the magnetization button, keep a safe distance (at least 1 meter), and observe the operation status of the equipment.
5. Completion of the operation: After the magnetization is completed, wait for the equipment to be completely discharged before removing the magnetized product.

Safety Precautions:

1. Do not touch high-voltage parts while the equipment is in operation to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Strong magnetic fields may affect electronic equipment, and the use of cell phones, watches, etc. is prohibited in the operating area.
3. Any abnormalities found should be stopped immediately and the power supply cut off before checking.
4. Equipment failure should be handled by professional maintenance personnel, is strictly prohibited to dismantle their own maintenance.
5. Regularly check safety protection devices to ensure that they are working properly.

Emergency response:

1. In the event of an electric shock: immediately cut off the power supply, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and promptly send to the doctor.
2. Equipment fire: Use dry powder fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire, and strictly prohibit the use of water to extinguish the fire.
3. Material splash: stop immediately, clean up the scene and check for injuries to personnel.
