Hardware impeller magnetization is a technical process of magnetizing the impeller made of hardware by means of special magnetizing equipment, the core purpose of which is to give the impeller a specific magnetism to meet the functional requirements of motors, pumps, fans and other mechanical equipments in the scenarios of transmission, adsorption and positioning. According to the material of the impeller (e.g. iron, steel, alloy, etc.), the structural size and the required magnetic parameters (magnetic field strength, magnetic polarity, magnetization direction), the process is based on the precise control of magnetic field strength, magnetization time and other parameters of the magnetizing equipment, to achieve uniform magnetization, and to ensure the stability and suitability of the impeller in operation. During the magnetization process, the magnetic field uniformity and magnetization precision of the equipment directly affects the magnetic distribution and use of the impeller, which is suitable for all kinds of general machinery and special equipment that require magnetic function of the hardware impeller processing scenarios.

Hardware impeller magnetization is a magnetic treatment process for specific mechanical equipment, the core of which lies in the precise magnetization of hardware impellers through professional magnetizing equipment to match the functional requirements under different working conditions. The technology needs to be combined with the impeller material, structure and magnetic requirements for parameter adaptation, to ensure that the magnetized impeller has a stable magnetic properties, widely used in motors, pumps, fans and other types of industrial equipment dependent on the magnetic transmission or positioning of the field, is to ensure the normal operation of the relevant equipment is an important part of the processing!
