When Workstation 2 starts the magnetization operation, Workstation 1 has already completed the positioning of the next workpiece, and Workstation 3 is synchronized with the detection of the previous magnetized workpiece. Intelligent Inspection and Quality Control

In terms of simplifying the inspection process, this technology breaks the traditional mode of "separation of magnetization and inspection". The four-station magnetizer directly integrates the detection module into station three, so that the workpieces can enter the detection process after magnetization without transferring, following the flow of stations.

Detecting unqualified workpieces, it will mark in real time and suspend the subsequent operation of the corresponding workstation, which is convenient for operators to troubleshoot the problem in time.
