?JiuJi AutomationReceived a task from an institution about the application of NdFeB magnetic powder mixed with silica gel for magnetization case testing, this project not only tests the company's technical strength, but also highlights its professionalism and innovation ability in the field of magnetic material magnetization.
With the continuous progress of science and technology, magnetic materials are increasingly widely used in various fields. NdFeB magnetic powder, as a high-performance permanent magnetic material, is favored for its high magnetic energy product, high coercivity and good temperature stability. Silicone, on the other hand, is widely used in a variety of industrial products due to its excellent weather resistance, insulation and plasticity. When NdFeB magnetic powder is mixed with silica gel, composite materials with specific magnetic properties can be prepared through magnetization treatment to meet the needs of use in various complex environments.
After receiving the task, JiuJi Automation quickly set up a professional test team and made a detailed test plan. First, the team carefully checked and analyzed the samples provided by the customer to ensure that the samples met the test requirements. Subsequently, according to the characteristics of the samples and the customer's testing needs, the team chose the appropriateMagnetizing Equipmentand test instruments.
This test utilizes theMagnetizing EquipmentIt is a 3000V high power magnetizer independently developed by JiuJu Automation, which is characterized by instant magnetization in a strong magnetic field, rapid saturation magnetization, and is capable of quantitative magnetization and flexible operation. At the same time, in order to more accurately measure the magnetic properties of the samples, the team is equipped with high-precision Gauss meters and other testing instruments.
During the testing process, JiuJi Automation's testing team strictly followed the testing program. First, the NdFeB magnetic powder mixed with silica gel sample was placed in the magnetizing coil and the voltage of the magnetizer was adjusted to the appropriate value. Subsequently, the magnetizer is activated to carry out the magnetization process so that the sample reaches the saturation magnetization state in a short period of time. After the magnetization was completed, the magnetic properties of the samples were measured using a Gaussmeter and the relevant data were recorded.
In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the magnetic performance of the samples, the test team also designed several samples with different magnetic powder contents for testing. By comparing the magnetization effect of samples with different magnetic powder contents, the team found that the higher the magnetic powder content, the stronger the magnetic field strength of the samples. This finding provides an important reference for the customer's subsequent product development.
The success of this magnetization case test not only verifies the professional ability of JiuJi in the field of magnetic material magnetization, but also provides strong support for the customer's subsequent product development and market promotion. Through this cooperation, JiuJu and the customer have established a closer relationship, and the two sides will carry out more in-depth cooperation and communication in the field of magnetic material composite applications.
